Voca Racing "Dirtped" exhaust for Derbi Variant, Revo, Start V, and Start III.
Created entirely by hand with 0.8mm sheet metal. This pipe only performs with a 70cc+ cylinder and a minimum of a 19mm carburetor. The belly of this exhaust is 100mm in diameter at the largest portion. The header is a giant 28mm.
Comes with a big bag of assorted hardware. The header is spring mounted to a bolt on flange. The rear can be attached using a baffle clamp or an optional weld on bracket for perfect placement on the frame. You can use both for an extra secure fit.
*This will NOT fit an unmodified Variant. It is designed specifically for dirtped racing and will require longer suspension on both the front and rear. The chamber is very large and rides under the engine. Bikes with factory suspension will likely dent or break the exhaust. You will also have to remove the center stand.
**Hint for hackers- Peugeot balljoints fit this exhaust very nicely. Any Doppler balljoint will slip right in.
