New and revised Polini 43.5mm cylinder kit for Puch mopeds.
Polini has made some small changes to their famed kit which now includes a custom cut matching cylinder head.
Comparing this to an older kit, it appears Polini has improved the mating surface of the intake, enlarge the port on the piston, and added deep cross hatching on the intake side of the piston for better cooling and seize protection. Neat!
Otherwise, its the same cylinder with possibly the most interesting port work of any Puch cylinder. Lots of port windows, large transfers, aluminum cylinder and single ring piston. Still includes the 15mm Bing intake!

One thing we've noticed, some of these do have small casting bubbles in inconsequential places. You can see one on the intake of the pictured kit. Will still seal fine.
Comes with cylinder, piston, ring, pin/clips, head, intake, reed valve, intake/exhaust hardware, and a complete gasket set.
