New old stock tail light resistor.
You sometimes see these in the back of CEV tail lights. Its really common on Derbi to need one of these. Some early A3 Tomos used them as well and probably others.
Often people swap out their factory tail light for an aftermarket one without these. Then they discover their bike dies every time they hit the brakes. This fixes that.
